awaiting trial at the "next assizes".
Prisoner No.3 is John Frost, committed
on Nov. 5th, 1839 "for having on the
4th day of November instant at the
borough of Newport committed High
Treason against our Sovereign Lady
the Queen, her Crown and Dignity".
