William Truman Harford Phelps of
Monmouth in the County of Monmouth Attorney
at Law Maketh oath and Saith That
David Herring - Hemmings a prisoner Confined
in Her Majesty's Gaol the House of Correction
at Usk in the said County
on a charge of
Larceny is and will be a material and
necessary Witness to be examined on the
part of the Crown before Some or one of the
Keepers of the Peace and Justices of and for
the said County on or about Tuesday the
tenth day of December instant at
Monmouth in the said County
John Gibbon on a charge of Treason to
be then and there made against him
the said John Gibby
