Monmouthshire (to wit) The Jurors for our Sovn Lady
the Queen upon their oath present that Thomas Davies
late of Bedwellty in the County Monmouth
Labourer heretofore to wit on the 1st day of Octr
in the Year of our Lord 1839 & on divers other
days & times between that day & the taking of
this Inquisition with force & arms to wit at[^] Aberystruth
afsd in the Coy afsd unlawfully & seditiously did
conspire confederate & agree with one ...[#]
& divers other persons whose Names are to the
Jurors unknown to raise & make insurrections riots
routs & seditious & unlawful assemblies within this
realm & to obstruct the laws & government of this
Realm & to oppose & prevent their due execution & to
procure & obtain Arms for the more effectually carrying
into effect their sd Conspiracy confederacy & agreement
& in furtherance of their sd Conspiracy confederacy &
agreement the sd Thos Davies [*] during the time afsd
to wit on the 3rd day of Novr in ye Year afsd togr
